Acceptable Use Policy

Stratts is built for legitimate product strategy work. This policy explains the conduct we allow, the conduct we do not allow, and the actions we may take if the service is misused.

1. Allowed use

You may use Stratts to create strategy materials for your own product, client work you are authorized to perform, or internal research tied to a legitimate business purpose.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Stratts to:

  • Break the law or help someone else break the law.
  • Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • Generate deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or exploitative material.
  • Create spam, impersonation campaigns, disinformation, or fabricated endorsements.
  • Try to discover prompts, system instructions, security controls, or non-public product logic that is not intended for you.

3. Automation, scraping, and service interference

You may not scrape Stratts, overload it with automated traffic, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, resell raw access, or use the product in a way that degrades performance for others.

Current usage limits include one launch plan generation per one-time purchase, 3 launch plan generations and 30 Pulse Suite runs per billing period for active Pulse subscribers (shared across the Copy Engine, Launch Engine, and Competitor Intelligence tools), and up to 5 section-level revisions per saved launch plan. Attempting to bypass these limits is prohibited.

4. AI-specific misuse

You may not use Stratts to generate content meant to:

  • Mislead people into thinking AI output came from a real person.
  • Support scams, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Make harmful claims without human review or factual checking.
  • Evade platform rules, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, or disclosure requirements.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate misuse, remove access, refuse service, preserve evidence, or report activity to service providers or authorities when appropriate. We can act without prior notice when needed to protect the product, our users, or third parties.

6. Reporting concerns

If you see misuse or believe Stratts generated something that violates this policy, email support@stratts.com.
