Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to give us. That can include your email address when you create an account, purchase a launch plan, subscribe to Pulse, join the waitlist, request launch plan delivery by email, send support messages, and the product and market details you enter into the planner.

We also collect limited technical information needed to run the site, prevent abuse, and understand performance. Today that includes privacy-focused usage and speed data from Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.

We use your information to operate Stratts, generate launch plans and Pulse Suite outputs you request, send account and launch plan access emails, maintain the waitlist, answer support requests, detect abuse, and improve the reliability of the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your prompts or generated launch plans to train our own AI models.

When you use the planner, the answers you enter are processed through third-party AI and research infrastructure so Stratts can generate a launch plan. That processing is limited to delivering the feature, securing the service, and troubleshooting failures.

You should not submit secrets, payment card details, government IDs, health records, or other highly sensitive information unless we clearly state that a specific feature is designed for that use.

We use service providers that help us operate the product. Today, these third-party processors include:

• AI and Strategy Engine Processing: Major US-based AI providers including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, and xAI, accessed securely via Vercel AI Gateway. We do not utilize any AI model providers based in China. For paid features, we pursue Zero Data Retention (ZDR) terms with our model providers where supported.
• Email Delivery & waitlist management: Resend (sends welcome and launch plan emails).
• Analytics and performance monitoring: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (aggregating cookie-less, privacy-preserving visits).
• Payments and Billing: Stripe (processes checkout, invoices, tax handling, fraud checks, and payment support).

We use Supabase to store account records, session data, launch plan records, intake responses, and related metadata. Stratts uses Stripe to process one-time launch plan purchases and recurring Pulse subscriptions. Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

If you sign up for updates, we store your email address so we can send news about Stratts. If you purchase or request plan delivery by email, we send your address and the generated deliverable through our email provider so the message can reach you.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact us at support@stratts.com to ask us to delete your information from our lists.

The current site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure traffic and performance. These services are configured to work without advertising cookies and are meant to provide aggregate, privacy-focused reporting.

Supabase authentication and Stripe checkout may place cookies or use similar session technologies in your browser to keep you signed in, secure checkout, and prevent fraud. The planner may also use browser storage to hold intake answers until you run the generator. Our Cookie Notice explains this in more detail.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Waitlist records may be kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

While you complete the planner, your intake answers may be held in your browser until you run the generator. When you generate a launch plan, we store your intake responses, generated launch plans, and related Pulse Suite outputs (such as copy drafts, launch posts, and competitor analyses) securely using Supabase, linked to the email you provide or your signed-in account.

Payment records are maintained by Stripe in accordance with their own retention policies for financial records and fraud prevention.

Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. These rights include:

• Right of Access: The right to request copies of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): The right to request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.
• Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your data, or object to it.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization or directly to you.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using Stratts, you understand that your information may be transferred where the service and its providers operate, subject to reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.

Stratts is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child gave us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
